Become Someone People Want To Help
- Make a list of 5-6 people you want to connect in your company or in an industry you have an interest in. Put your boss in that list too.
- Send a message to those people and find a way to add value.
- On Monday, send your boss an email telling them what you’re doing for the week, and how you can help them. On Thursday, send them an update on your progress.
